Please read carefully before making a purchase!
We highly recommend you to record an unboxing video showing an unopened package and the process of inspecting your pieces. Unfortunately, we will not be able to issue an exchange request if there isn’t one.
Why ¿
We do thorough quality control on all items before packaging them and sending them to you. Because we are a small brand, bearing additional cost e.g.shipping fees, material & labour cost etc. can be unsustainable and hurtful to our business. A video helps give a clearer picture for both you and us on how to proceed for claims of defect. Wearing it and returning it after is a no go, and we want to nullify such return activities.Of course, the By Dawn team may occasionally miss out on a defect here and there. Fret not because we will happily exchange/refund the item if so.
We hope you understand our reasoning and can cooperate with us. Take the safe route and record that video! If nothing goes wrong, it takes only a few click to send it to trash while you enjoy your day being in By Dawn!

Exchange Policy
EXCHANGE POLICY
Return parcels are required to reach us within 14 days after arrival of package to destination.
We ask that items are returned in pristine conditions - label tag attached, unworn, unwashed and undemaged.
Please note that :
- All exchanges MUST be accompained by an unboxing video.
Failure in doing so will result in a rejection for the exchange request - Exhanges can only be made for the same style, in a different color or size and is subject to availability.
- As we do not accept store credit, all exchanges must be completed immediately.
Should the desired exchange item run out of stock, you must exchange it with other available items from the store. - Delivery fees to send the package back to destination will be borne by the customer.
how to make an exchange :

To process your request quicker, include your unboxing video. - When an agreed solution is reached, you can pack up your items with a return note.
- On the return note, you must indicate the size and colour that you prefer as well as your personal details.
This includes your name, your contact number and the receiving address for the exchange.
You can expect your exchange parcel to be processed within 5-7 working days after we have received the return.
DEFECTS
Sometimes, some things just don't go the way we plan. If your order is damaged or has a defect upon arrival, please contact us through our Whatsapp at + 62 821 7213 6128 or email us at askbydawn@gmail.com
If you want to return defect products, please include:
- Unboxing video (from opening the package to showing the defects of the received item), failure to do so will result in rejection for an exchange request.
- Products must be returned unworn, unwashed and must have the tags attached.
- Must be mailed within 7 days from the arrival of the package to destination

Where do we ship to?
We currently ship to Indonesia, Malaysia, Singapore, Australia, New Zealand, Canada, USA and Mexico.

What delivery methods are available?
International orders parcel will be delivered by Rayspeed.
Since all orders are made to order and unstocked, it does take time to produce the garments to a quality standard that we want. While we do our best to meet acceptable shipping times, please note that there can be cases of slight delay especially during peak periods. We are a small (but growing) team and we appreciate your patience.
We currently ship from Medan, Indonesia. All your orders are shipped on Tuesday and Thursday. You can expect your parcels to be delivered within 7 - 10 working days.
Standard and express delivery services are available for Singapore and Standard delivery service for Malaysia. Once you have entered the delivery address, you'll see the available delivery services.
If your parcel is trackable, you'll be able to use the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email for the latest updates.
Deliveries will not be made on public holidays. In this instance, please expect your parcel to arrive by the next business day.
*We aim to meet these delivery times but during peak season, deliveries may take a little longer. However, we will always work hard to keep these temporary changes to a minimum.
By Dawn cannot be held liable for any parcels that are lost or stolen as a result of any specific delivery instructions left for the carrier.
